S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the following series of debt issued for the Trinity Health Credit Group (Trinity or Trinity Health), Mich.: Michigan Finance Authority's $159.870 million series 2017MI revenue bonds; Idaho Health Facilities Authority's $59.975 million series 2017ID revenue bonds; Maryland Health&Higher Education Facilities Authority's $32.375 million series 2017MD revenue and refunding bonds; and Franklin County, Ohio's $87.865 million series 2017OH revenue bonds. In addition, we affirmed our 'AA-' long-term rating and 'AA-/A-1+' dual rating (where applicable) on existing debt issued for Trinity Health. The outlook is stable for all ratings.
