Standard&Poor's Rating Services raised its rating on Louisiana Public Facilities Authority's revenue bonds (Tiger Athletic Foundation Project) series 1999 to 'A+/A-1' from a 'BBB/A-3'. The upgrade is due to the substitution of the LOC provided by Hibernia National Bank ('BBB/A-3') with an LOC provided by Regions Bank ('A+/A-1'). The LOC that is being provided by Regions Bank has an effective date of Nov. 21, 2005, and shall provide for principle of and interest on the bonds bearing interest in the weekly rate mode.
