Lexington Parker Capital Corp.'s (Lexington) rating is commensurate with the ratings of Lexington's liquidity providers which provide coverage for 100% of of Lexington's outstanding commercial paper. Lexington is a limited-purpose, bankruptcy-remote corporation whose exclusive business activities are: * Securitizing interests in eligible receivables pools originated by major U.S., European and Asian companies; * Issuing up to $4 billion in commercial paper to fund such aggregate interests; and * Implementing liquidity and credit enhancement facilities to support the commercial paper. Lexington has retained Bankers Trust Co. as administrator to structure the securitization transactions, monitor the performance of the transactions, and administer commercial paper issuance and liquidity and credit enhancement facilities.
