S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating on Lee Memorial Health System Board of Directors, Fla.'s various series of bonds, issued for Lee Memorial Health System (LMHS). The outlook is stable. Securing the bonds is a gross revenue pledge from the obligated group. The obligated group consists of LMHS, a Florida independent special district hospital; LMHS' subagencies and subsidiaries; and the not-for-profit Cape Memorial Hospital Inc. The rating reflects LMHS' sound enterprise profile, anchored by its excellent market position in Lee County, which has seen sound population and employment growth well above the national average.
