S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Kennebunk Sewer District (KSD), Maine's 2017 sewer system revenue. The outlook is stable. The rating reflects the system's extremely strong enterprise profile and very strong financial risk profile, but also reflects KSD's plans to issue about $22 million of additional debt within the next several years to complete treatment plant upgrades.
