The long-term component of the rating is based on the FSA-insured underlying bonds. The short-term component of the rating is based on a liquidity facility provided by Citibank N.A. until June 22, 2005. Citigroup Global Markets Reset Option Longs II-R Trust Series 6020, relating to Kansas Department of Transportation highway revenue bonds series 2004A, are rated 'AAA'.
