Abstract:

Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has affirmed its 'AAA/A-2' rating on Kansas Department of Transportation's adjustable tender highway revenue bonds series 2004C following our review of the Amendatory Supplemental Resolution. Standard&Poor's has reviewed the Amendatory Supplemental Resolution and concluded that the changes do not have an impact on the current rating.
