Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on Kansas Department of Transportation's gas tax bonds series 2002B-1 and 2002B-2, due to the bank facility being extended to Sept. 15, 2014. The long-term component of the rating is based on the rating on Kansas Department of Transportation. The short-term component of the rating is based on the rating on Barclays Bank PLC.
