Jets Stadium Development LLC (Jets Stadium) used bond proceeds to fund its portion of New Meadowlands Stadium Co. LLC's (NMSCO) construction costs for the new stadium. The stadium is an 82,500-seat open-air facility in East Rutherford, N.J., and is home to the National Football League's (NFL) New York Jets and New York Giants. NMSCO, a joint venture owned 50% by Giants Stadium LLC and 50% by Jets Stadium, operates the stadium. The debt is supported by Jets Stadium's share of stadium revenues.
