Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA/A-1' and 'AAA' ratings to JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs&DRIVERs Trust's series 4031, relating to East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif.'s water system revenue bonds. The long-term component of the rating on the PUTTERs and DRIVERs is based on the rating on the underlying asset (AAA). The short-term component of the rating on the PUTTERs is based on the rating on JPMorgan Chase&Co., until Jan. 17, 2013.
