Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+/A-1' and 'SP-1+' ratings to JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs&DRIVERs Trust's series 4026, relating to District of Columbia's tax and revenue anticipation notes. The long-term component of the rating on the PUTTERs and DRIVERs is based on the rating on the underlying asset (SP-1+). The short-term component of the rating on the PUTTERs is based on the rating on JPMorgan Chase&Co. until Jan. 10, 2013.
