Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' and 'AAA' ratings on the J.P. Morgan Securities PUTTERs&DRIVERs Trust, series 2149 and 2149 A-C relating to the East Bay Municipal Utility District, Calif.'s (Alameda and Contra Costa counties) water system subordinated revenue bonds, series 2007A. This action follows the deposit of additional bonds into the trust. The long-term component of the rating is based on the insured underlying bonds. The short-term component of the rating is based on a liquidity facility provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., scheduled to expire Sept. 11, 2008. The receipt holders' ability to receive the purchase price from the liquidity provider may terminate without notice under certain conditions set forth in the documents. The
