Integrated Team Solutions SJHC Partnership (ITS or ProjectCo) has been selected to design, build, finance, and maintain (DBFM) a mental health facility in London, Ont., and a forensics mental health facility in St. Thomas, Ont. ProjectCo achieved early occupancy completion on the smaller St. Thomas facility in 2013, although the London facility is still being built. ITS' stand-alone credit profile (SACP) during the construction phase is 'a-'. This primarily reflects Standard&Poor's Ratings Services' view of the project's moderately complex building task; commercial proven technologies; and advanced design at financial close. The SACP also reflects our belief that the work is well within the ability of the design-build contractor, EllisDon Corp. (EllisDon), which we consider to be very experienced
