Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has affirmed its 'A-1' short-term rating on Indianapolis, Ind.'s gas utility distribution system commercial paper (CP). The rating is based on a letter of credit (LOC) provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. (A-1), which expires on June 13, 2015. JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. is providing $50 million to pay the principal plus up to a maximum of 270 days of interest at a maximum rate of 12% on the notes. The issuing and paying agent, Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., is instructed not to issue notes with a maturity in excess of 270 days, beyond five days prior to the LOC's termination date, if the issuance would exceed the bank LOC commitment, beyond the CP
