Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the Indiana Finance Authority's series 2001A, 2001B, 2001C, 2009A, 2009B, 2009C, 2009D, and 2012 bonds. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on the authority's series 2009B and 2009D bonds and its 'AAA/A-1' rating on the authority's series 2009C bonds. All bonds were issued for Parkview Health System Obligated Group (Parkview). The outlook is stable. The 'AAA' long-term component of the rating reflects our opinion of the likelihood that debt service will be paid over the life of the issue, and is based on the application of our joint criteria (assuming low correlation) between the 'A+' SPUR on the obligor's debt and a letter
