Huntsville, Ala.'s GO warrants series 2002-G and taxable GO warrants series 2002-H are rated 'AAA/A-1'. The long-term components of the ratings are based jointly on a direct-pay LOC provided by Regions Bank ('A+/A-1') and the city's underlying rating ('AA'). The short-term components of the ratings are based solely on the LOC. The initial LOC shall provide for principal of, and interest on, the warrants for regularly scheduled debt service payments including unremarketed tendered warrants for a maximum of 35 days' interest at 9% per annum. The LOC shall provide coverage for warrants only in the weekly mode. There are no other modes to which the warrants can be converted. The LOC is scheduled to terminate on July 17, 2007. The
