Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating and stable outlook to Hudson County, N.J.'s series 2011 open space bonds and affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR), with a stable outlook, on the county's existing parity debt. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' rating on the county's school bonds outstanding, reflecting the security provided by the New Jersey Fund for the Support of Free Public Schools. Furthermore, Standard&Poor's has withdrawn the rating it assigned to the county's series 2011 open space bonds in January 2011 since the bonds did not sell at that time.
