Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the town of Hopkinton, Mass.' general obligation (GO) series 2013 municipal purpose loan bonds and affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the town's previously issued GO debt. The outlook on all the ratings is stable.
