Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' rating to Georgia Housing and Finance Authority's (GHFA) $50.0 million single-family mortgage revenue bonds series 2007A and its 'SP-1+' rating to the authority's $14.7 million series 2007B single-family mortgage bonds. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'AAA' rating on GHFA parity resolution. The ratings reflect: The extremely strong credit quality of the collateral securing the bonds--a pool of mortgages consisting primarily of FHA-insured or VA-guaranteed loans, Fully funded reserves and sufficient liquidity, Very strong credit quality of the investments, and Cash flow sufficiency demonstrating ample loss coverage protection at the 'AAA' level.
