...S&P Global Ratings assigned its '###' long-term rating to the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority's (GHFA) single-family mortgage bonds, 2022 series A (non-AMT). At the same time, we affirmed our '###' long-term rating on all debt issued under GHFA's single-family mortgage bond resolution (the 1976 general resolution). The outlook is stable. GHFA plans to issue approximately $109 million of 2022 series A bonds, and will use bond proceeds to purchase new single-family mortgage loans, fund down payment assistance loans, refund the 2009 series C-3 and 2012 series A-1 and A-2 bonds, deposit required amounts to the capital reserve fund, and pay costs of issuance. The bonds will bear fixed-rate interest semiannually (on June 1 and Dec. 1, beginning Dec. 1, 2022) based on a 360-day schedule.
