Standard&Poor's Rating Services revised its rating on the Washington Health Care Facilities Authority's revenue bonds issued for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center series 2000 to 'AA/A-1' from 'AA' following the addition of a letter of credit (LOC) provided by KeyBank ('A/A-1'). Currently the long-term component of the rating reflects an existing bond insurance policy provided by Radian Assurance Inc. ('AA/Watch Neg'). Going forward, the long-term component of the bond rating will reflect the higher rating of Radian and KeyBank as the LOC provider and the short-term rating solely reflects the LOC provider's short-term rating.
