The rating on the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority's bonds, issued for the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS), reflects: Strong financial performance and liquidity; Rising patient admissions and market leadership in two of the system's three markets; A favorable payor mix for the second quarter ended Dec. 31, 2000, with managed care accounting for 35% of revenue, Medicare for 33%, commercial insurance for 20%, Medicaid for 6%, and self-pay for 6%; Strong management; and A relatively stable economy and some diversification in the system's markets.
