Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' program rating to Edinburgh Community School Corp., Ind.'s series 2015 ad valorem property tax first-mortgage bonds, issued for Edinburgh Community School Building Corp. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA+' program rating on the district's previously issued debt. The outlook is stable. The 'AA+' rating is based on our view of the school corporation's meeting our Indiana State Aid Intercept Program criteria. The credit characteristics of the rating are supported by the availability of state aid to be intercepted to cover debt service payments.
