Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned the following ratings to the Iowa Higher Education Loan Authority's revenue anticipation notes (RANs), series 2003, issued for the following participants in the authority's Private Education Working Capital Loan program: The University of Dubuque ($4.0 million, series 2003C)/'SP-1+'; Grand View College ($2.4 million, series 2003D)/'SP-1'; Loras College ($4.4 million, series 2003F)/'SP-1'; Morningside College ($7.5 million, series 2003G)/'SP-1'; and The Palmer Chiropractic University Foundation ($4.0 million, series 2003H)/'SP-1'. The authority's series 2003 note pool is issued for 10 private higher education institutions; Standard&Poor's has assigned ratings to only five of the note issues.
