Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to Cuyahoga County, Ohio's limited-tax general obligation (GO) capital improvement and refunding bonds series 2012A and taxable capital improvement refunding bonds series 2012B. The outlook is stable. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA+' rating on the county's outstanding GO debt. The outlook is stable. The rating reflects our view of the county's: Deep and diverse economy and status as a regional economic center; Very strong general fund reserves; Strong, proactive management team; and Moderate overall net debt burden.
