Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to Colorado Housing and Finance Authority's (CHFA) series 2011B and 2011D bonds. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) to CHFA's previously issued Class I single-family mortgage bonds and its 'AA' long-term rating on the authority's Class II single-family mortgage bonds. Another series, 2011C in the amount of $109 million, is also being issued. Those bonds are on parity with the series 2011B and 2011D but are not rated. The 'AAA' rating on the Class I bonds is on CreditWatch with negative implications, reflecting our view of the support for the loans from the United States of America (AA+/Negative) through mortgage insurance and guarantees
