Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA' rating on Colorado Housing and Finance Authority's (CHFA) single-family program senior bonds, series 2000C, 2000D, 2000E, 2001A, 2001B, and 2001C, reflecting: Very strong and increasing asset-to-liability parity positions; The high credit quality of the mortgage loan collateral; Fully funded reserves, assuring adequate liquidity; and Investments supporting the rating on the bonds. These strengths are offset by high delinquency and foreclosure rates for all of the above series. These high delinquency and foreclosure rates are mitigated by the substantial overcollateralization of each issue and strong oversight from CHFA. The six bond issues are all secured by single-family whole loans and have performed well since the bonds were first issued. Excess assets over liabilities
