S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+/A-1+' rating to the Colorado Housing&Finance Authority's (CHFA) series 2022 H-3 single-family mortgage class II adjustable rate bonds with a par amount of approximately $20.275 million. The outlook, where applicable, is stable. Bonds issued within the single-family mortgage bond (SFMB) program, including the 2022 series H-3, are issued by the authority pursuant to a master trust indenture (MTI) dated Oct. 1, 2001, and are special, limited obligations of the authority, payable solely from the revenues, assets, and money pledged under the MTI on a parity basis with all other class II obligations outstanding.
