S&P Global Ratings' long-term rating on the Colorado Housing&Finance Authority's (CHFA) federally insured multifamily housing loan program pass-through revenue bonds series 2013-I is 'AA+'. The outlook is stable. The master trust indenture (MTI) dated June 1, 2013, and the rated series 2013-I bonds, specifically, are secured by a pledge of and payable from revenues, assets, and moneys held under the MTI. All loans originated under CHFA's multifamily pass-through program are insured or guaranteed by the U.S. government or a government program requiring payment of not less than 99% of the principal amount of the loan in the event of a default by the borrower.
