Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' rating to Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority's (CECFA) series 2010 refunding revenue bonds, issued for the Alexander Dawson School in Boulder County, Colo. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'A+' rating on CECFA's revenue bonds, series 1999, issued for the Colorado school. Additionally, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'A+' rating on Clark County, Nev.'s economic development revenue bonds, series 2003 and 2006, all issued for the Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain in Las Vegas. All debt is guaranteed by the Alexander Dawson Foundation, the owner of the schools. The outlook is stable.
