S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A' long-term rating to Cochise County Unified School District No. 13 (Willcox), Ariz.'s $4.4 million series 2023 refunding bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A' underlying (SPUR) rating on the district's outstanding general obligation (GO) bonds. The outlook on all ratings is stable. Revenue from unlimited ad valorem taxes levied on property within the district secures the bonds.
