Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned a stable outlook to its ratings on Citigroup Global Markets ROCs/ROLs II-R Trust's series 11589 and 11588 reset option certificates (ROCs) and reset option longs (ROLs), relating to the Port Authority of New York&New Jersey, to reflect the insurance provided by National Public Finance Guarantee Corp. The 'AA-/A-1' and 'AA-' ratings on the ROCs and ROLs, respectively, are affirmed. SEC Rule 17g-7 requires an NRSRO, for any report accompanying a credit rating relating to an asset-backed security as defined in the Rule, to include a description of the representations, warranties and enforcement mechanisms available to investors and a description of how they differ from the representations, warranties and enforcement mechanisms in issuances
