S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Cincinnati's series 2020B unlimited tax various-purpose general obligation (GO) improvement bonds, series 2020C unlimited tax various-purpose GO refunding bonds, series 2020A economic development revenue refunding bonds, and series 2020B economic development revenue refunding bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA' long-term rating on the city's GO debt outstanding and nontax-revenue bonds. The outlook is stable. Series 2020B unlimited tax various-purpose GO improvement bonds will be used to finance various projects under the city's capital improvement plan; Series 2020C unlimited tax various-purpose GO refunding bonds will be used to refund the city's series 2015D GO bonds for interest cost savings; Series 2020A economic development revenue refunding bonds will be used
