The city of Celina continues to benefit from solid fiscal performance and reserves, which are the result of increasing revenue streams and close monitoring of expenditures. Rapid growth out of the Dallas Fort-Worth metropolitan statistical area (MSA) and substantial residential development should support strong growth in market value for the city over the near term. Given its frequent issuance, the city's debt burden remains elevated.
