Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its standard long-term rating on Canadian County Independent School District No. 69 (Mustang School District), Okla.'s general obligation (GO) bonds to 'AA-' from 'A+' based on the district's manageable capital improvement plan (CIP), despite enrollment pressures. The outlook is stable. At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'AA-' standard long-term rating, and stable outlook, to the district's series 2008 GO refunding bonds.
