Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to Canadian County Educational Facilities Authority, Okla.'s series 2012 educational facilities lease revenue bonds, supported by Canadian County Independent School District No. 69 (Mustang School District), Okla. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating on the authority's educational facilities lease-revenue bonds outstanding. Finally, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating on the district's general obligation (GO) debt outstanding. The outlook is stable.
