Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to Canadian County Educational Facilities Authority, Okla.'s series 2012 educational facilities lease revenue bonds, supported by Canadian County Independent School District No. 69 (Mustang School District), Okla. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating on the authority's educational facilities lease-revenue bonds outstanding. Finally, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating on the district's general obligation (GO) debt outstanding. The outlook is stable. The ratings reflect our view of the district's: Inclusion in the diverse Oklahoma City metropolitan statistical area (MSA) regional economy; Strong wealth and income levels; Good financial position, excluding one-time federal revenues; and Moderate overall debt levels, coupled with a rapid, five-year principal amortization
