Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating and stable outlook to Brownsburg Redevelopment Authority, Ind.'s series 2015 economic development income tax (EDIT) lease rental bonds, issued by for the town of Brownsburg, Ind. The 'AA-' rating reflects our view of the town's EDIT pledge and the following factors: Good 1.7x coverage of senior maximum annual debt service (MADS) by pledged EDIT revenues; Strong income levels and below-average unemployment rates; and No additional debt plans. The bonds are payable from semiannually lease rental payments. Lease payments are payable from the town's distributive share of the Hendricks County Economic Development Income Tax (EDIT) imposed on adjusted gross income of taxpayers in Hendricks County, on parity with the pledge of
