At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its '##-' long-term rating on the town's wastewater revenue bonds outstanding. The rating reflects our view of the town's extremely strong enterprise risk profile and strong financial risk profile. The outlook is stable. The series 2019 sewage works refunding bonds will be used to refund the outstanding sewage works revenue bonds, series 2011A. Prior to the refunding, the sewer system supported about $22.8 million of outstanding series 2009A, 2011A bonds, and 2016 State Revolving Fund (SRF) obligations.
