May 25, 2023 2022-FR RI-021 Barclays Bank PLC Barclays Capital Inc. Barclays Capital Inc. S&P Global Ratings affirmed the above-mentioned ratings on the floater certificates relating to series 2022-FR RI-021, following the amendment to the original trust documents where the index used to determine the underlying asset is changed to secured overnight financing rate from LIBOR. The maximum rate for this trust is still capped at 12% per year, which remains covered by the liquidity facility provided by Barclays Bank PLC. In addition, the June 30, 2023, mandatory tender date associated with the cessation of the LIBOR rate has been removed. In our opinion, there were no other material changes to the trust documents that affect the trust structure. Our
