Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+' ratings to Barclays Capital Inc.'s series 2014-1WX floating-rate trust receipts (floater-TRs) and residual interest trust receipts (RI-TRs), respectively, relating to New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority's fiscal 2014 series DD water and sewer system second general resolution revenue bonds. The long-term component of the rating on the floater-TRs and RI-TRs is based on the 'AA+' rated underlying bonds. The short-term component of the rating on the floater-TRs is based on the rating on the liquidity facility provider, Barclays Bank PLC, until Dec. 31, 2014.
