S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-' rating to the City of Austin, Texas' 52.3 million series 2017 hotel revenue bonds, issued for the Austin-Bergstrom Landhost Enterprises Inc. (ABLE). At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A' rating on the city's airport revenue bonds outstanding. In addition, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AA/A-1' rating on Austin's series 2005 variable-rate demand obligations, the latter following application of its joint criteria. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
