Abstract:

The 'AAA/A-1+' and 'AAA' ratings on JP Morgan Securities PUTTERs&DRIVERs Trust Series 520, relating to Atlanta water and wastewater revenue bonds series 2004, have been affirmed. The affirmation is due to additional bonds being added to the trust on March 10, 2005. The long-term component of the rating and the long-term rating is based on the FSA-insured underlying bonds. The short-term component of the rating is based on a liquidity facility provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank scheduled to expire on Sept. 29, 2006. The stable outlook reflects the outlook of the bond insurer.
