Abstract:

Macau-based casino operator Studio City's liquidity could deteriorate materially over the next six months without timely refinancing of its existing senior secured bank facilities. An accelerated ramp-up of the company's new casino and our anticipation of potential extraordinary support from the MCE group mitigate the risks. We are affirming our 'BB-' long-term corporate credit rating and our 'cnBB' long-term Greater China regional scale rating on Studio City. We are also affirming our 'B' long-term issue rating and 'cnB+' long-term Greater China regional scale rating on the senior unsecured notes the company guarantees. We are assigning our 'BB-' long-term issue rating and 'cnBB' long-term Greater China regional scale rating to the company's proposed issue of senior secured notes. The negative rating
