NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 22, 2023--S&P Global Ratings lowered its long-term rating components on Stifel Nicolaus&Co.'s series 2022-XG0422 tender-option bond trust floater, residual and custodial receipts, related to Hamilton County, Ohio revenue bonds, to 'AA-/A-1+', 'AA-', and 'AA-' from 'AA+/A-1+', 'AA+', and 'AA+', respectively. This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' action on the underlying bonds. (For further information, please see the full analysis, titled "UC Health, Ohio; Hospital," published Feb. 15, 2023, on RatingsDirect.) The long-term rating on the custody receipts jointly reflects, assuming low correlation, the ratings on the underlying securities and the credit-enhancement provider.
