NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 19, 2016--S&P Global Ratings has raised its rating on St. Johns County, Fla.'s water and sewer system bonds to 'AA+' from 'AA'. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the county's series 2016 water and sewer revenue and refunding bonds. The rating reflects the combination of an extremely strong enterprise risk profile and a very strong financial risk profile. The outlook is stable.
