...April 22, 2021 TORONTO (S&P Global Ratings) April 22, 2021-- ¡ S&P Global Ratings today said it assigned its '###+' issue-level rating to Southern Natural Gas Co. LLC's (SNG) $300 million senior unsecured notes due 2023. The company will use proceeds from this issuance to retire the $300 million senior unsecured notes due June 2021. Once the net proceeds from this issuance and cash on hand have been used to pay down the debt, S&P Global Ratings will withdraw the '###+' rating on the June 2021 maturity. Southern Natural Gas is a 6,930-mile pipeline system moving natural gas from supply basins in Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi to market areas in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
