Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating, with a stable outlook, to South Correctional Entity Facility Public Development Authority, Wash.'s series 2009A bonds and 2009B Build America Bonds (BABs). In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating on the City of SeaTac, Wash.'s outstanding general obligation (GO) bonds, series 1998, and affirmed its 'AA' rating on the City of Renton, Wash.'s outstanding GO bonds, series 1997 and 2001, 2002, and 2006.
