By our assessment, Slovenian multiline insurer Pozavarovalnica Sava's business risk profile has improved to strong, on account of lower insurance industry and country risk in Slovenia. However, Pozavarovalnica Sava still lacks operational scale in its primary insurance foreign operations, while the soft reinsurance market will, in our view, constrain its medium-term growth potential. We are consequently affirming our 'A-' long-term ratings on Pozavarovalnica Sava. The stable outlook on Pozavarovalnica Sava reflects our expectations that its management will continue to successfully implement the company's strategy and sustain its very strong capital and earnings over the next two years.
