OVERVIEW We reviewed Illinois Finance Authority's (Midwestern University Foundation) series 2019A, 2019B, 2015A, and 2015B bonds, which are issued from its 2015 master trust indenture. We affirmed our ratings on 17 bonds. The affirmations reflect our view of the 2015 master trust indenture's credit support, parity, and pool characteristics, as well as the timely interest and principal payments made under stressed cash flow modeling scenarios, among other factors.
