LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 12, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it assigned its 'A+' long-term senior debt ratings to four separate notes (see Ratings List below) issued by Swiss Re Treasury (US) Corp. (not rated) and guaranteed by Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd. (Swiss Re; A+/Stable/A-1). The notes of varying amounts and maturities were issued under Swiss Re's $10 billion Euro Medium-Term Note (EMTN) program, rated 'A+/A-1', during 2009.
